The Framework serves as the cornerstone, ensuring that sustainability considerations are incorporated into both decision-making and value creation processes.

The Public Bank Group’s sustainability agenda is guided by four core themes – Protecting the Environment, Proficient Employees, Prosperous Customers and Communities, and Principled Conduct. The Group’s sustainability agenda is closely aligned with its strategic business priorities. These themes are operationalised through the management of 17 material matters, each contributing to meaningful progress towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (“UN SDGs”).
